Postage will be done every Monday/Thursday or Friday.
Payment must be done before 9PM to join the next day postage.
For now, I will only be using Poslaju as the default courier.
You can request the goods that you bought to be delivered by using the normal plastic parcel or box. Extra RM1 will be charged if you choose the goods to be delivered by box. (box; no extra charges needed ONLY if stated)
You can also request for your parcel to be on hold (only for reasonable reasons; currently not at home/outstations). Parcel can be stored/on hold only for up to 2 weeks.

[before claiming for a refund, please read]
In order to claim a refund, an opening video must be recorded (from the moment you open the parcel until the item is seen with damages).
The Airway Bill (AWB) paper also must be shown in the video to indicate the parcel is from us.
Please make sure the video clearly shows the damaged items.
After filming the video, pictures of the damaged parts must also been taken.
I will NOT be held liable for any damages on the part of delivery courier. Before sending out your items, I have done the quality check and will only proceed for postage if the item is in a good condition. Items are wrapped with 3-4 layers of bubble wraps, a FRAGILE sticker had also been pasted on the parcel. Therefore, refund due to delivery courier's fault of mishandling the parcel is not possible.
However, I can assist you on how to claim a refund from the courier service.
Refund is also not possible if the item is SEALED but it is lack of inclusions (such as photocards/postcards/etc). I am not resposible for the company's mistakes for the lack of inclusions.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the delivered date. All requests for returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivered date by filling in the form at the bottom of this page or by mailing us on [email protected].
Each order is carefully checked and packed before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we will either refund you full amount or send a free replacement for it. In order to claim a full refund, you must send us videos and images in support of your claim within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In case of a free replacement, you may have to return the damaged/defective product back to us for our quality review. In this case, we will send you the return shipping label at our expense.
